Detailing1 setzt bei einem Teil der Produkt- und Shopbilder künstliche Intelligenz ein. Als Betreiber (Deployer) im Sinne von Artikel 50 der EU-KI-Verordnung (EU AI Act) kennzeichnen wir diese Inhalte klar und einheitlich.

So kennzeichnen wir

KI-erzeugte oder KI-veränderte Bilder tragen die offiziellen Kennzeichen der Europäischen Kommission:

  • AI GENERATED — das Bild wurde vollständig mit künstlicher Intelligenz erzeugt.
  • AI MODIFIED — ein echtes Bild wurde mit künstlicher Intelligenz verändert.

Das Kennzeichen erscheint als gut sichtbares Label direkt auf dem Bild. Bei einem Teil der Bilder ist das Kennzeichen zusätzlich dauerhaft in die Bilddatei eingebettet („eingebrannt“) — es bleibt damit auch erhalten, wenn das Bild heruntergeladen, geteilt oder außerhalb dieses Shops angezeigt wird.
